Bowling

Bowling - should it be a professional sport?  Bowling has always seemed like something that is more of a hobby than a sport.  It seems like an activity that a family or a group of friends can do for fun, not something that people should get paid to win.  Watching bowling on TV isn't really that interesting because all of the professionals only know how to get strikes.  They never seem to miss pins and that makes it boring.  Does this sport have a fan base?
